Fuchsia/wine/red lip color. Slightly more reddish than Radiant Rose. Brilliant Burgundy is a great lip liner for lips filled in with Bouquet or Pretty. It is also pretty as a full lip color with lips lined in Redwood. Heals true to the color chip in the color chart.
